It extends your coverage against manufacturing defects — like loose or unravelling stitching, a broken bag strap, peeling scorecard print, or a snapped mini golf club — from the standard 7 days to a full 30 days from delivery. If your CaddyPup arrives faulty, or a component fails under normal wear within that window, we'll replace it free of charge — no hassle. Just reach out with your order number and a quick photo or video, and our team will take care of it. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing faults only (not chewing damage, rough play, or normal wear and tear).

Very easy! First, unclip the mini golf bag and clubs from the back — they're not built for the wash. Then hand wash the costume in cold water with a mild detergent, gently squeeze out the excess (no wringing), and hang it up to air dry. The plush arms and printed scorecard bib need a gentle touch to keep their shape and colour — no machine wash, no tumble dryer, no hot water. The cap wipes clean with a damp cloth, and between wears a damp-cloth spot-clean is usually all it needs. Everything's ready to wear again by morning.

CaddyPup fits small to small-medium breeds — think Pomeranians, Shih Tzus, Yorkies, Cavaliers, Maltese, Toy Poodles, Chihuahuas, Dachshunds, and Cavoodles up to about 8kg / 18lb. The costume is adjustable at the chest and waist with velcro, so there's real give either way. If your dog is between sizes or you're not sure, message us with their weight and chest measurement before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll work. We'd rather lose the sale than send you a costume that doesn't fit.

Most dogs are totally fine with it — CaddyPup is lightweight (under 200g), the polo and shorts feel like a t-shirt, and the mini golf bag sits high on the back so it doesn't touch the ground. That said, some dogs need a minute. If yours takes one look and refuses, we still honour the 30-day return — no photo evidence of a grumpy dog required. Costume goes back, refund goes to your card.

The outer polo, bib, and shorts are made from a soft polyester-cotton blend with non-toxic dye — the same materials used in mainstream pet apparel. The mini clubs and golf bag are lightweight foam and fabric, no small hard parts that could break off. That said: CaddyPup is a costume, not a toy. Don't leave your dog alone with it, and take it off before crate time or bed. Same rule as any dog outfit.

For the average buyer this is exactly right — most people use it once or twice a week for fun outings, not as everyday wear.
